Brise (2024)

  • Designed by Leonhard Holzenburg

  • "Brise" is a single-player sailing game from the 3rd-person perspective, which is all about the timeless "road trip feeling". You steer your sailing home through a unique flooded world. With the dubiously "motivating" time limit breathing down your neck to reach your destination, you travel along a flooded railway line. You realise early on that the journey is the destination.

Imagine a journey, spontaneous and free of boundaries, an endless horizon of discoveries where every path is open. But with every sunrise, the clock is ticking. Will you manage to live in the moment and still find your way to your destination?

  • Music composed with David Bock & Paul Taro Schmidt

Aber wieso nöd? (2024)

  • Project by Janine Bucher

Protagonists: Lina, Lena, Katherine and Nathalie

  • Aber wise nöd is a social media format by / for women that aims to address various women's issues and generate a space for honest and open dialogue. The aim is to educate, remove taboos and question stereotypical roles. There is four protagonist with four different stories and backgrounds.

This is not done in a lecturing way, but through compassionate stories of women's experiences. They tell of the first scary menstruation, of unrealistic ideals of beauty, of regretted childbearing and of relationship forms that hit some against the head.

Rat Lab (2023)

  • Designed by Lilian Khov and Michael Staub

  • Rat Lab was created as part of a collaborative module between ETH and ZHdK. My role in the project included working on technical aspects, character controller, animations, and level design.

After you gain unmatched intelligence through a failed experiment you decide to break out as you realize staying in the research lab will only mean inevitable death. Thus you scheme to escape with all your rat brothers and sisters.

You play as a “king rat” controlling a swarm of tiny little rats trying to escape the INFINITY Human research lab. As you continue to play your swarm may shrink or grow. The main goal is to escape with as many rat buddies as possible.

Three Clock Mechanism (2021)

  • by Leticia Goás

  • Three Clock Mechanism is a piece for video and electronics. It borrows one of the most classic silent film scenes ('Safety Last!') to offer three different versions of it, accompanied by prepared piano sounds. In it, through movement, colours and image perception, an attempt is made to avoid a conventional visualisation of the scene.
